Some of the events organized by the Club are borrowed from German traditions and are adapted to the American lifestyle, such as an international Mardi Gras, Easter Egg Hunt, May Dance, Solstice Celebration in collaboration with a German Club in North Carolina, an International Soccer Tournament, "Nikolausfeier" (where Santa Claus pays a visit to the children) and a "Stammtisch", a monthly get-together of members and those interested in meeting and interacting with Germans.
This is a daytime social event. We’d appreciate if you’d bring a tasty Kuchen to share. Feel free to reach out to Hannelore Kinder or GAC Secretary with questions or to announce that you’re coming.

Join the German School Upstate for their 1st Annual Wandertag at Paris Mountain State Park!
It will begin with a group hike and then a gathering at Shelter 3 for food and community time.
